Tabletop Baseball v.08

The name has been changed to more correctly reflect the game.
~ Added more different play calls
~ Added cell shade to get a more old timey feel
~ Still working on how I think card collecting  / playing should work.
~ Added my first idea for a special card prize.
    If the players play cards during the game vs some sort of value pay in gambling win/loose. Still spit balling.
~ Have hopefully resolved game ending properly while supporting infinite extra innings.
